Rosie
& Toad's puppies arrived on April 2nd! The photo to
the left was taken on April 8th. She has 2 girls and 3 boys.
Below photos were taken on 4/29/08, puppies are nearly 4
weeks old in those photos. All 3 of the blue merle puppies
have been spoken for and we still want to post photos of
them for their new owners! I also want to show the cuteness
of the two available little
black tri males! When
viewing the below photos, the largest black tri male with
less white on his front legs and back, is Black
Tri Male #1. Black
Tri Male #2 is the smaller puppy with more white on his

MINIATURE
AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERDS AND US |
We have been raising Miniature Australian Shepherds for
eleven years. We bring 22 years of dog breeding into raising
our miniature Aussie's. We were well sought after breeders
of Pembroke Welsh corgis for nearly 20 years. As a young
girl I had a standard aussie named Muffin. This dog stuck
with me like glue and would not let too many near me,
or my possessions. She guarded my pickup truck and could
not be tempted, even by the meatiest bone! Her incredible
loyalty, intelligence and love created our interest to
look into this miniaturized version. However I did have
some questions, many of which I am commonly asked today:
are they the "same dog", are they as smart,
as loyal? My answers soon came as yes to all of the above
when I met my first mini, the sire of Shadow, at the QH
congress and quickly put my name on his breeders waiting
list, and the rest, as they say it, is history!!
 Australian
Shepherds are very close to their owners. They are very
loyal and make wonderful companions. They have a very gentle
spirit and do not require a heavy hand in training as they
want to please you. We are very careful when selecting our
breeding dogs, and we choose to breed smaller dogs with
many that actually fall into the toy category. Bloodlines
are very important when we consider the dogs for breeding.
All of our breeding dogs have many generations of true miniature
heritage. Our breeding male, and my companion, Shadow, is
double registered NSDR and AKC. All of our current puppies
are NSDR registered. All of our puppies are born, and kept
inside our home until the time for them to leave. When puppies
leave here they have been examined by our vet on at least
two occasions, they have been wormed at least twice and
have had their first set of vaccinations. This page shows
our current litters and puppies that we have available.
